These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how ForHersTruly charges for orders placed on forherstruly.shop. They form part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Currency and Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose, and the full total is shown to you before you confirm payment.

When You Are Charged

Your payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. We do not offer subscriptions, and you will never be charged on a recurring basis. You will receive an order confirmation email with a breakdown of your total once your payment is processed.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes and promotions must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. Each promotion may have its own conditions, which will be shown with the offer.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to make sure our prices are correct. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching your order and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details or contact your bank, then try again. We do not store your full card details and cannot see them at any time.

Refunds to Your Account

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days, as set out in our Refund Policy. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you notice a charge you do not recognise or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Contacting us directly is usually much faster than raising a dispute with your bank.
