These Terms of Service apply when you use forherstruly.shop or buy from ForHersTruly. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean ForHersTruly (ABN 88 155 124 535), and "you" means anyone using our website or placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Billing Terms and Conditions and Payment Policy.
Using Our Website
You must provide accurate and complete information when you place an order. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to place an order. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Our Products
Our bouquets and rose boxes are handmade in Australia, so small variations in arrangement, glitter finish and wrapping are a natural part of each piece and are not considered faults. We take care to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Some products include items made by other brands, such as Ferrero Rocher chocolates and plush toys. Chocolates contain nuts, milk and other allergens, so please check the manufacturer's packaging before eating. Our everlasting roses are decorative and are not intended to be eaten.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is accepted when payment has been processed and we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The total you pay, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your payment. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Details are in our Billing Terms and Conditions and Payment Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Processing times, delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including our photos, product descriptions, logo and branding, belongs to ForHersTruly unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or used without our written permission. More information is in our IP and DMCA Policy.
Reviews and Feedback
If you send us a review, photo or other feedback, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. Your feedback must be honest and must not be offensive or infringe anyone else's rights.
Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and your purchase is made directly with ForHersTruly, not with Shopify. Our website may also link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product or refunding the price you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
