You can request a change of mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, with the wrapping uncreased, the flowers intact and all original packaging, plus proof of purchase showing your order number.

Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee and the customer pays return shipping. Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned for a change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund, cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

Where do you ship?
Australia-wide only. Bouquets of up to 50 stems are made within 1 to 2 business days and larger bouquets within 1 to 4. Standard Shipping then takes 2 to 4 business days and Express Shipping 1 to 2.

How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is $11 for orders under $100 and free for orders of $100 or more. Express Shipping is $15.

Will the roses wilt?
No. Our everlasting glitter roses need no water and keep their look for years with simple care.

How do I care for my bouquet?
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, and handle it gently to protect the petals and glitter.
